Michael’s approach to inner work holds you in the greater awareness of your soul’s evolution. A time of crisis can be seen as an opportunity to transform – to wake up to a deeper connection to oneself and all of life. The problems you encounter in life can be doorways that bring you closer to your soul purpose. Whatever challenges you’re facing there is a deeper aspect of your self that always remains whole and can never be broken. Michael works to bring forth this awareness of your true nature then addresses issues from this space.

Michael’s background is in Eastern spirituality and meditation based approaches to self-awareness. He spent seven years of immersion in monastic living and deep spiritual practice. He is a former Director of Residential Training at the College of Vedic Studies in Hertfordshire U.K. He has studied Eastern approaches to the mind and consciousness for over 20 years and continues to learn new skills to blend with his practice. He is also a 500hr certified yoga teacher through the ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda) School and a qualified Wellness Coach. Currently he is training as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition Consultant.

As a therapist his practice is an integration of person-centered, existential, psychodynamic and transpersonal orientations. This approach emphasises self empowerment and personal insight to effectively address impediments to inner freedom. Michael works to facilitate your journey to connect with your own authentic power and deeper purpose in life

The times that we live in call you to take this journey as truly the greatest gift you can offer the world is that of your own self transformation.
